Credentials are encrypted, uploaded documents are held in private storage accessible only to authorised staff, access is controlled by role, and every balance movement is written to an audit log.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with payment and verification partners strictly as needed to process your transactions, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required.
6. Retention
Transaction and identity records are retained for the period required by financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
