Please read these terms carefully before opening an account or committing funds.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account with EasyBuy Finance you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not open an account or submit funds.
2. Eligibility and verification
Accounts are available to individuals aged 18 and above. You must provide accurate personal details and a valid email address. We may request identity documents before approving withdrawals, and we may suspend accounts where information cannot be verified.
3. Investment plans
Each plan states its minimum investment, return rate, duration in working days and payout structure at the point of purchase. Once an investment is activated, its terms are fixed for the duration of the cycle and cannot be renegotiated.
4. Working-day calculation
All durations are counted in working days. Saturdays, Sundays and declared public holidays are excluded. Maturity and payout dates shown in your dashboard are calculated from the working day the investment is activated.
5. Deposits
Deposits may be made by bank transfer, GCash, Maya or accepted crypto channels. A deposit is credited only after our team verifies the reference number and proof of payment you submit. Deposits sent without a matching submission may be delayed.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made against an available balance. Requests are reviewed on the working day received and typically settle within one to two working days. We may decline a request where verification is incomplete or the request appears fraudulent.
7. Returns and risk
Stated returns apply to the specific facility funded by the plan and are contingent on the performance of that facility. Investing carries risk, including the risk of delayed settlement. Do not invest funds you cannot afford to have committed for the stated duration.
8. Referrals
Referral bonuses are credited to your account balance and appear in your transaction history. Self-referral, duplicate accounts and other abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account closure.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access attempts or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to freeze accounts pending investigation.
10. Termination
You may close your account once all active investments have matured and balances have been withdrawn. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, subject to settlement of legitimate balances.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and take effect from the date stated in that notice.
